Stephen, the ammunition I received is a 55gr solid base and flat tip copper bullet. It chronograph-ed only 3124 fps 5 shot average from my 20 inch barreled Rock River Arms AR with a 1 in 8 twist rate. As a comparison, Winchester .223 55gr FMJ averaged 3224 fps. Cheers and stay safe!
