Looking at the Emporer arms mxp12 12ga 4rd 18.5 pump versus pardus 12ga 18.5 4+1 synthetic pump. I heard the sythetic pump is lighter , doesn't need oiled? Can anyone lwith experience let me know the major differences between both that might not be explained in their descriptions?

Kurt, they both will need to have their Actions lightly lubricated Sir. The Emporer Arms MXP12 would be my choice between the two. My brother has had the MXP12 for just over a year and he has had no issues and it patterns as well as my Mossberg. I have shot his a few times and was impressed especially for the price point.
