Mike, There is some gray area. The threaded barrel appears to make this model non compliant. Certain Tavor models are MA compliant. Your best option is to share details with your local FFL and they will let you know if the specific firearm is compliant in your municipality.
Mike, it is not currently legal as configured in MA. A quick call to any local MA FFL Dealer will clear this up for you in short order. Cheers and stay safe!
According to Buds list the "IWI Tavor or substantially similar model rifle is compliant." I would check with your local FFL to be sure. They will know the regulations.
Sorry for the long answer, the short answer is its not compliant as is, you would have to find an ffl willing to pin and weld a muzzle brake onto the barrel taking away your ability to run a flash suppressor more info on the ar15 forums here.

So this one here
budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/108921
/>Looks like it would not be permitted in MA.
I remember you asking about MA compliance Saturday and I forgot to link to the MA compliance pdf on buds.
Here
budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf
/>And according to this
Prohibited:
✘ Massachusetts-defined “Assault Weapons” ✘ Any semi-automatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following: ●Folding or telescoping stock ●Pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon ●A bayonet mount ●Flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor ●Grenade launcher,
So this one has a detachable magazine and a flash suppressor, and a pistol grip,
But on that pdf it also says
Rifles that are not “Assault Weapons” are permitted(10-round maximum) and include: ✔ Any .17 or .22 caliber rimfire rifle.
✔ Any Ruger Mini 14 or substantially similar model rifle.
✔ Any Springfield Armory M1A or substantially similar model rifle. ✔ Beretta CX4 Storm
✔ FN PS90 or substantially similar model rifle ✔ IWI Tavor or substantially similar model rifle
So that seems to conflict but in the AR15 forums they say
"Yes, all Tavor rifles (SAR & XP5) are MA compliant and can be transfered out to a MA res as long as the a muzzle brake is pinned/welded on.
And an FFL in MA can take in anything, MA compliant or not."
