Don't post your personal info here, this is not the customer service department. Contact Buds via Chat when available tomorrow. I was told that they're having trouble processing payments through mobile devices.. Not sure if that applies to you but it happened to me.

Rick, processing has been much slower Sir. When processing is complete, Buds will not alert you despite what they say, just go to Order Status/Account - scroll down and when you see a Blue Qualified Professional Logo with "Thanks for being a Qualified Professional. We appreciate your service.", you will be complete and ready to order. Cheers and stay safe!
