Hi,
I have a quick question about purchasing the JRC .45 ACP Take Down (https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/411559438) and living in the State of Maryland.
I know Maryland considers some rifles to be "hand guns" thus requiring a Handgun Qualification License (HQL) in order to purchase.
My question is simple, is a Maryland HQL required to purchase the JRC .45 ACP G3 Take Down?
