YES! It is CA compliant gun. CHECK laws HERE ( budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf ) Rifles of any caliber with tubular magazines (e.g. lever action) may have a capacity of more than 10
rounds (Cal. Penal Code S.16740). I hope this helps!
