You can use Buds high capacity magazine removal service, which is where they'll remove restricted magazines, and ship the gun with no magazines.
Buds does not replace the magazines with state compliant magazines, you will need to purchase those separately, Glock does make a model that comes with 10 rd magazines, it may be more cost effective if you find that model in stock.
