BudsGunShop.com - why cant i finish checking out?

i have bought quite a few things through budsgunshop before and i used the Credova financing option and have never had the issue i am having right now. I am unable to complete my checkout due to being stuck "awaiting confirmation of approved and signed financing application" says the page will self update but I've been pre-approved already and haven't received an email with an application or anything. Nothing is updating and its very annoying. This has never been an issue for me before.
