Hi Robert, once the layaway is completed and you have made the final payment, Buds will ship the firearm to your selected FFL dealer. Once the firearm reaches your FFL you simply go in and complete the transfer (form 4473) and pay a small transfer fee to your FFL (usually $15 to $25) and you take your firearm home.
