Christopher, the sight configuration is the ONLY difference Sir. Hi Viz Fiber Optics on the 11867 and Tritium based Night Sights on the 11869. Cheers and stay safe!

Only difference I'm seeing is the 11867 has hi viz fiber optic sights and this one has tritium night sights. Don't see anything other than that, hope this helps.

Christopher, 11867 has Front Sight HI VIZ Fiber Optic Green, Rear Sight HI VIZ® Fiber Optic Red while 11869 has Tritium Night Sights. Have a great day!
