If I were to purchase scope with gun online, would buds mount before shipping ?

No, but it's VERY easy to mount a scope if you haven't given it a try. Most mfg's. publish manuals for installation but most the time mounting a scope is as easy as snapping it onto the picatinny rail. Good luck Sir!

Buds would not mount any accessory to a firearm prior to shipping it to your dealer.
