Are any of these Mags compatible w/a Thompson Center TCR 22?

Jim, since they are Ruger 10/22 Magazines, they use the same magazine well of the compatible Thompson Center TCR 22. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes those will work in a TCR 22, as it is a Ruger 10/22 clone.

Ruger 10/22 magazines of all sizes should be compatible. The Thompson Center rotary magazines have a last-round bolt hold open feature that will be absent on Ruger magazines but other than that they are almost identical.

Jim, The Thompson/Center T/CR22 is compatible with common Ruger 10/22 magazines. Both of those you mentioned will work. Have a great day!
