  • I have purchased firearms from buds before without issue. Today it seems their webpage was having problems loading pretty much all day. When I was able to finally make a purchase the payment processing page wouldn't stop loading notbsure to close it out and try again or to just let it keep loading. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

  • I would let it keep processing until you check to see if your payment method has been charged. If not, close it out and try in another browser. Buds website has been very flaky all day today.

  • Richard, I have never had this happen, but I have noticed weird things with the site lately. Try opening another window, then go to your orders and see if it went through. You can also check w/Bud's customer service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
