Will the Para Ordinance 12 a14 round mags fit and function in this pistol?

James recheck UPC this is a 1911-A2 doublestack and yes the para ord 12 round mags will work in it

Unfortunately no as this UPC is an A1 Single Stack design 1911 and won't use the double stack Para Magazines.

Yes, this is a double stack magazine 1911 so both para ordinances 12 and 14 round magazine will fit and function just fine. Hope this helps.
