Will it be CA Compliant even if I change the fin grip to a regular Pistal Grip

Andy, no Sir. As soon as the finned grip is replaced with a non finned grip, it becomes illegal. On a non fixed magazine model, the finned grip is the saving grace to be CA compliant. Cheers and stay safe!
