They're still selling to regular citizens. Just make sure the item you're trying to buy isn't marked qp/qualified professionals. If it's only for qualified professionals it'll have a blue box under the photo saying for qualified professionals only. Hope this helps.

Luis, ammo that is specifically marked as QP Qualified Professional only has always been sold to QP Members and not non Members. There is usually ammunition from the same manufacturer that can be sold to civilians and other ammunition sold exclusively to QP Members. This has always been the case. Cheers and stay safe!
