  • Charter Arms Manufacturing Staff are Women and they demand an easy DA trigger pull. Many Seniors or disabled persons prefer safety & ready status of revolvers. Anyone have alternative purchase suggestions for novices or weak hands?

  • Ruskin, one of the lightest trigger pull will be on the Ruger LCR series revolvers Sir. I've shot S&W's, Rugers, Taurus', Charter Arms, H&R's, Colts, and probably others I can't recall, in various models, and probably the lightest trigger pull was on the Ruger LCR series. So I've advised petite/newbie types to try the 38/357 ones (using light 38 special loads) and the 9mm ones that reload with moon-clips. Cheers and stay safe!

  • One of the best revolvers I've shot is a Ruger speed six 38sp. Light single action trigger and a decently light double action pull. Great revolver but probably hard to find. You could probably find one on gunbr0ker though. Hope this helps and good luck with your choice

  • most DA trigger pulls are long and fairly heavy most of them can be lightened with good quality replacement spring and some smith work If the can they will get the lightest trigger pull by using single action
