Is this Sig Sauer PM400-11B-S-PSB PM400 Swat PSB 10+1 legal in CA since technically it’s a pistol and has a capacity of only 10 rounds?

This does not meet CA requirements because any semiautomatic pistol that do not have a fixed magazine, cannot have a threaded barrel capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward hand grip, or suppressor. Plus it is not on the CA "Approved" Handgun Roster.
