Warren, you will pick it up at the FFL you chose during checkout. If you didn't choose one, your gun will not be shipped until you do. If you've already chosen a FFL to have the gun shipped to, you will get an email when it is delivered. Usually, but not always, the FFL will call you to tell you to come in and do the paperwork and pick up your gun. If he doesn't call you within 24 hrs, call him. You simply go in, fill out the paperwork and pay the transfer fee, the FFL will run your background check, and if all is well, he will transfer the gun to you. It's really a pretty simple procedure. --- OR if you chose to pick it up in person at one of Bud's locations, please allow 4 business days before attempting pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email informing you that your order has arrived and is available, typically in 4-7 business days.

Warren, during checkout you will choose a FFL dealer near you. Normally the FFL dealer will call when they receive the firearm but this is not always the case. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the tracking number for when it arrives. After it arrives you just go to the FFL dealer you choose and do the background check/transfer. Hope this helps.
