Duvalier, yes sir. This is the new drop safe version. Sig faced a lawsuit and recalled them. The newer ones have a drop safety.

YES, the drop safe issue got solved years ago. Only the first generation of P320s had that issue which was recalled and they are upgraded from factory since. I hope this helps.
