All firearms except some muzzleloaders requite transfer through a FFL

You absolutely do William. You do not need a Federal Firearms License to purchase a shotgun. However, the dealer selling or transferring you a shotgun does need to have an FFL. A shotgun is legally a firearm and all relevant laws and regulations apply.

4. Can you ship my firearm direct to me at my home or office ?
No, all firearms must be shipped to a verified FFL (Federal Firearm License) holder. The only exceptions are some black powder firearms, and then only to approved states.

Yes you do. all firearm transactions require a FFL.
