Darian, yes this is NC legal. A North Carolina Pistol-Purchase Permit (issued by the sheriff of the county in which you
reside), OR a North Carolina-issued Concealed Handgun Permit is required for transfer of all

Yes, there are no restrictions on specific handguns in NC so long as you have either a valid pistol-purchase permit or concealed handgun permit.
