There will and should be only one transfer fee paid Sir. I have never paid more than one transfer fee in dozens of transactions. Cheers and stay safe!

If you are only buying one firearm you will only be charged one time. Depending on the FFL dealer if you buy two firearms some charge you twice, some only charge for one. Maximum though you will only be charged one time for each firearm. Hope this helps.
