My edc S&W Bodyguard 380 with Insight laser no longer respponds to the laser button switches unless extreme force is used. Does anyone have a solution?

I would attempt to contact S&W customer service about the issue. The insight lasers do not have the best reputation and I recall at one point that S&W did issue replacements made by Crimson Trace, usually free of charge. Though this was quite some time ago, around 2015-17, so I'm not sure if this policy is still in place today. Probably worth trying though: smith-wesson.com/customer-service/contact-us
