Why is the Mossburg Maverick 88 18.5 inch shotgun on the do not sell list for California? CA Penal Code 17180 defines a short barrel shotgun to be UNDER 18 inches and less than 26 inches in length. This shotgun has a barrel length of 18.5 inches and is 39.5 inches long. Please respond. I would love to purchase this item!
