Mark, Buds Customer Service can assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I have found the blue chat button works best.

Your best bet is to contact Bud's customer service in the morning. They should be able to help you out.

Mark, if it won't let you upload your credentials I'd contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps.
