  • Mohsin, this is not legal in Maryland due to not having a heavy barrel. Know it sounds weird but in order for an AR-15 to be legal in Maryland it must have a heavy barrel. Quote from roster " Ruger AR-556 #8532 Not Banned Does not meet the definition of a copycat weapon or the definition of a copy, or enumerated weapon in statute. 8/12/2020 #8532 is the .350 Legend caliber version of the AR #8500." Go ahead and order it, you are good to go!
