What is the difference between the M&P15 Sport and this Patrol rifle? Or is it the same?

Mike, according to S&W, the patrol rifle is law enforcement only. It has Magpul M-LOK carbine-length handguard that is versatile to allow mounting of lights, slings, grips, etc. It also has Magpul stock and pistol grip. The standard M&P Sport does not have Magpul furniture. Have a great day!
