1st thing you should know about firearms. Once you sign off on it at your FFL etc. You own it there are NO refunds or trades with guns NO gun-shop will give you a refund once you take transfer the gun as its now considered used. Its why you really have to sure you buy what you really want etc. As again once you sign off on the 4473 form its your gun and your problem. Ive been shooting for 40yrs and collecting for 30+yrs. When buying new? Its worst than a car once you sign the papers nothing can be done. Sorry to say you will have to sell or trade it on either user forums (the make of gun you have) or one of the many auctions sites but be very careful on those sites they are just as risky as Ebay etc. Yes I know its a hard expensive lesson to learn but its either sell or trade or imo just keep the gun and have fun with it. Save up and buy what you want later much easier than selling or trading a newly bought purchase. Good luck stay safe
Francisco, once you accept the gun from your FFL, it is considered used and cannot be returned. You can sell it back to Bud's, but you will not get what you paid for it. >>> budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printform=trades
Fransisco, unfortunately no, once you transfer the firearm into your name it cannot be returned. That's the policy of every firearms dealer I've ever dealt with. When I go to pick up the firearm at my FFL dealer I thoroughly inspect it before doing any paperwork. If you find something not right with it you can refuse the transfer and your FFL will ship it back to buds, no cost to you and you will be refunded. Once it's transferred into your name it cannot be returned. Springfield saints a great AR, I think once you fire it you'll like it. If not your only option is to sell it and buy the one you want. Sorry but hope this helps.
Unfortunately, Buds has an extremely restrictive return policy and they likely will not take back your Springfield saint if you already accept it from FFL. Check Buds return policy HERE ( budsgunshop.com/shipping.php ) Your best bet is to sell or trade if you want a different AR. Buds didn't even try to help me when I have a factory defect in my order and try to return it. I hope this helps

Francisco, unfortunately once you took possession, it became a used firearm owned by yourself. You can see what Buds may give you for trade in value towards another AR here : budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=trades
