Paul, the quickest way is to have your local FFL submit their License info here : budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=ffl

Paul, you just need to have your FFL dealer send their information by email at ( FFL@BudsGunShop.com ) or they can also fax it to : 1-800-804-5569. Hope this helps.
