Brian, buds will ship the firearm to new York. During checkout there will be an option to remove the magazine but unfortunately buds won't replace the magazine. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. So they'll send the pistol however it normally comes minus the magazines. I have heard of a few people contacting the manufacturer and explaining they live in a magazine restricted state and the manufacturer sent them free magazines.
