Ken, just means buds doesn't have your FFL dealers license on file or needs updated. You can still use your FFL but you have to get them to send their information by email to......... FFL@BudsGunShop.com .......... Or they can fax it to 1-800-804-5569. After they send it you will be able to pick them. Hope this helps.
