Jill, unfortunately if you purchase the firearm under your name you have to pick it up at the FFL dealers. You could have her create a buds account and have her pick it up. You could also purchase a gift card and let her buy it. Or you could purchase it and pick it up at the FFL dealers and you could transfer it to your wife. Easiest would likely be just creating a buds account for her. Hope this helps.
