  • Kevin, it sure is. Bolt action rifles don't have the same restrictions like semi automatics. So it's perfectly legal in California. Hope this helps and enjoy.

  • Like here in NY, California's Evil Twin, Bolt Action Rifles do not have the same restrictions as Semi-Auto rifles.
    So you're good to go!!!
