Keshon, if Bud's shipped it, it is most likely CA complaint. If it is a Gen 3, it is CA compliant. The color should have no bearing on whether or not it is compliant. I have found the blue chat button works best.

If it has not shipped yet I would contact customer service via the live chat in the bottom right corner as soon as possible. If it has already shipped/arrived then I assume you were unable to accept the transfer with your FFL due to it being an off-roster gun and you would then need to start a return with Buds'.
