Axel, unfortunately no. The jack 9 lower will only work with 9mm Luger, .40 S&W and .357 SIG. The jack 9 lower is a small framed lower and isn't compatible with 45acp or 10mm magazines because the magwells too short. In order to do 45 acp or 10mm you would need a large frame lower. If you want a wider variety of pistol calibers the best route would be to get a standard AR15 multi caliber lower and buy adapters for the caliber or calibers you want. Several companies make adapters to make a standard AR15 lower work with just about any pistol caliber. So the sharps bro showdown lower you asked about in your previous question could be used with adapters for 9mm, 45acp, 10mm or whatever caliber you can find an adapter for. Hope this helps.
