In Maryland we can only have 10 round magazines so if I buy something like a AK pistol that comes with 30 round mags will you swap it out with the 10 round mag instead of sending my gun with no magazine

Michael, Bud's will not swap out the magazines, they will only remove them and send the firearm with no magazines. Sorry, but this is Bud's policy.

Michael, sorry but, Buds policy is to ship without non-compliant magazines only. You would need to acquire compliant magazines separately. budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/ak+10rd+magazine

No, Bud's would only send the firearm, NO over your states capacity mags would be included.

Michael, unfortunately no buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it. You would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. Sorry but hope this helps.
