As mentioned below, you can switch the mag release for a lefty!!

William, yes Sir it is reversible. Since the TISAS Fatih B380 is an authorized Clone of the Beretta Cheetah 83/84, Page 8 of the reversal are here : manualowl.com/m/Beretta/84FS-Cheetah/Manual/347797?page=8

William, yes sir, the magazine release is reversible for left handed shooters. Also has a ambidextrous safety. Hope this helps.

According to guns.com it looks like it is possible, but I can't find any definitive info about reversing the mag release
