Micah, the L5 44mag is the same gun as the L5 MK XIX .44mag. There is a different model, the Mark XIX (without the L5 or L6 designation). The Mark XIX L5 44mag has a built in muzzle brake and a 5" barrel, comes with Hogue finger groove rubber grips, and is almost a pound lighter than the Mark XIX. The Mark XIX comes with a 6" barrel, and the integrated muzzle brake is not standard, but is optional. The Mark XIX L5 and L6 models are newer versions of the Mark XIX. Have a great day!
