Michael, as others have mentioned other customers cannot but after roughly 10 days buds automatically selects a best answer if the person who posted has not. We're customers as yourself not buds employees and answer questions to win points for prizes. Buds automatically selects answers because alot of times people forget to select a best answer. Your best option is to repost the question and we'll see if we can help. Normally it's the same 5-6 people who answer questions so if your post was a week+ old it's very possible you wouldn't of received any more answers anyways. Sorry but hope this helps.

Michael, I believe if you don't select a best answer in a certain amount of time (maybe 10 days or 2 weeks?) Bud's will automatically select a best answer. If you scroll back thru the questions, at a certain point there are no questions without a best answer selected. Sorry this happened to you, we are customers as yourself and have no control over this.
