The chat icon isnt on the home page, and when it is it doesn't work?

James, as others have stated if you're using your phone alot of times the blue chat button won't pop up. I have found if I turn my phone on its side to make the screen bigger it makes the chat button appear. You can also open buds app on a tablet, laptop, or computer. If you have any trouble I'd recommend just contacting buds customer service by phone at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 8pm they'll be able to assist you. We're just customers as yourself not buds employees, so we can only point you in the right direction. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps
H James, devices with "browser lites" it does not function. If on a computer, clear your browser cach and retry or try a different browser like Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Cheers and stay safe!
I know it does not work on cell phones or tablets. if it is not working on a computer you should Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Saturday, they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

James, you may need to try a different browser. It does not work on Firefox for me, but does work on Safari. You may also try using another device, i.e. laptop instead of your phone. Also, the icon will only appear during business hours when chat is available.
