Yes sir, as mentioned below, it is pinned & welded so as to keep this from being an SBR needing a NFA tax stamp.

Ricky, yes, The flash hider is pinned and welded. So legally it turns the 14.5 inch barrel into a 16.1 inch barrel so you don't need a tax stamp for a sbr/short barreled rifle. Hope this helps.
