Mark, the 4938 features a factory-installed Picatinny-style rail brace mount with integrated QD cup, in case you want to install pistol brace. Have a great day!
Mark, item 4938 has a 8 inch barrel and a picatinny rail on the back of the receiver for mounting stock/pistol brace. Now item 4923r has a 10 inch barrel and no picatinny rail for a stock/brace. Other than that they're identical. Don't believe it says in buds description but both barrels are threaded 1/2×28, both include a adjustable bipod and one 15 round magazine. Hope this helps.
Besides the shorter barrel, model 4938 has a section of picatinny rail on the back of the receiver for mounting a brace.

Hi Mark, other than barrel length is the Picatinny Rail based receiver mount. An example of a common brace : https://a3tactical.com/modular-folding-brace-picatinny-mount-1913/
