Hi Jim, if the magazine was part of a new firearm, please contact the Manufacturer of the firearm. A quick google search should yield their Customer Service Phone number. They will likely replace the magazine. You should also acquire spare magazines at the same time. Cheers and stay safe!

Unfortunately if you already transferred the firearm you would have to go through the manufacturer. Id imagine they'll just send a new magazine. Jim, 4679501 is not coming up. Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer, as they will likely send you a new magazine, or instruct you how to load it. Issues with new firearms must go through the manufacturer.
