Jim, as Edward said when I search 4679501 nothing comes up. If you post again with the model number or upc we can help you better. Unfortunately if you already transferred the firearm you would have to go through the manufacturer. Id imagine they'll just send a new magazine. Again if you post with the model number or upc can help better. You can find the model number and upc under the products description.
Jim, 4679501 is not coming up. Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer, as they will likely send you a new magazine, or instruct you how to load it. Issues with new firearms must go through the manufacturer.

Hi Jim, if the magazine was part of a new firearm, please contact the Manufacturer of the firearm. A quick google search should yield their Customer Service Phone number. They will likely replace the magazine. You should also acquire spare magazines at the same time. Cheers and stay safe!
