  • MY SPRINGFIELD SAINT VICTOR 9MM[YOUR ORDER #4679501 ARRIVED THE OTHER DAY COMPLETE WITH A 32 RD COLT MAG; PLUS I EVEN WENT OUT AND BOUGHT ANOTHER MAGAZINE FROM "GUN MAG"
    UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT SHOOT TIS BEAUTIFUL RIFLE BECAUSE THE MAGS ARE DEFECTIVE..BOTH OF THEM!
    THE MAGS CANNOT BE LOADED WITH ANY KIND OF MAG LOADER, SO I HAVE A RIFLE I BOUGHT FROM BUDS THAT I CANNOT SHOOT. I DON'T WANT TO FIDDLE WITH THESE COLT MFG MAGS ..
    I'D LIKE TO RETURN THE RIFLE AND HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR IT RETURNED

  • Jim, unfortunately if you already transferred the firearm into your name buds cannot return it. You would have to get warranty work done by the manufacturer. But sounds like you're just having trouble loading the magazine. I know several magazines can be difficult or impossible to load with a speed loader due to their shape. I'd recommend looking for a magazine loader specifically made for Colt smg mags. If interested here's a link to a inexpensive magazine loader specifically made for Colt smg mags like you have.   • Jim, try the C O L T SMG Maglula Loader and Unloader. Bud's item number 108909 (they won't even let me post a link to their own item). This model is compatible with C O L T SMG chambered in 9mm Luger, not like the UPLULA, which stands for “Universal Pistol Loader/UnLoader Accessory” and is designed for pistol mags, not SMG mags.   • Hi Jim, please contact Buds Customer Support directly and see what you can work out. Once a firearm is transferred there is little recourse other than contacting the Manufacturer and reporting the defect or seeing what Buds may do on your behalf.
