Wather PPKs 380 cal

Regardless of what manufacturers ammo I use the gun jams. When I first started to shoot it, it jammed a few times, but now after 100 rounds it jams almost every other shot. Any suggestions as to correct this?

Hi Andrew, you likely have a burr issue that is causing friction between the barrel and slide movement. You should disassemble the pistol and smooth out the areas suggested in this video : youtube.com/watch?v=XvgT_H7GnlE --------------- I also would replace the recoil spring with a 17lb reduced power spring (the factory 20lb spring is a bit stiff for lower power .380 loads): gunsprings.com/WALTHER/PPK%20&%20PPKS%209mm%20(.380)/cID1/mID70/dID305#379

Andrew, I'd recommend taking the pistol apart and cleaning/lube it really well. I'd also check everything over and make sure nothing came loose. Unfortunately seems like a common issue with the ppk. You may have to contact Walther arms for warranty work. You can call them at 479-242-8500 Ext 507 or email (customerservice@waltherarms.com) sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps some.
