Just purchased a gun from Bud's to ship to a FFL dealer. Do I need to submit a copy of my FOID card to Bud's or do I show it when I pick up my firearm?

You will show it at your FFL holder when he does your paperwork

No the FFL will need it when you transfer firearm

This will be needed at your FFL who is actually doing the transfer via form 4473 Randall.
