Rickey, it usually means they have not updated their FFL license with Bud's. They will need to send updated copy of FFL. It can be faxed to 1-800-804-5569, uploaded here budsgunshop.com/contact_us.php?printForm=ffl , or emailed to FFL@Budsgunshop.com.

Rickey, as others have mentioned just means they were on buds FFL list but their FFL license has expired. You can still use them but you would need to have the FFL dealer send a updated copy of their license to buds by faxing it to 1-800-804-5569 or they can email it to (FFL@Budsgunshop.com) after that it'll show like normal. They can easily send there updated info to Bud's as mentioned below.
