Jose, you don't mention what type of loads you were firing, but if you were shooting buckshot, that can damage a full choke tube because the pellets can not compress tight enough to travel through the choke. This may result in the choke bulging as it gives way to the shot column passing through. If this is the case, you may have to take it to a gunsmith to have it removed without doing further damage. Otherwise, I would contact Tokarev USA Customer Service at (865) 604-6894 for advice and service if needed.

Jose, I'd recommend one of two things. First you could take it to a gunsmith that can likely remove it pretty quick and make sure there's no damage. That would be the quickest option but likely cost a few bucks. Or you could contact the manufacturer at ly at (865) 604-6894 and see if they can help or do warranty work if necessary. When you were trying to remove it, it may have cross threaded possibly?
